Digiqueue is built with security first principles using strong encryption in transit and at rest. All cloud systems used to power the Digiqueue application are verified by AWS and follow their security & compliance requirements, which protects customer data with high security standards and independent certification. To use Digiqueue at its most basic, you only need a web browser, on either your computer or smart device. If you want to set up a self-check in a kiosk, you need an iPad and a stand. If you want to display the waiting list & notifications on a TV display, you need an Apple TV.
Optional hardware depending on the set up will be a one-time additional cost and needs to be purchased separately. Apple devices can be purchased from your local Apple or Apple reseller store.
